He and his wife 4.1. 2' cabin. and his son Edward Richard came out in the Royal Stuart in He founded his diapers business in 157 on the Woodend Rd. near Rangiora . He then moved to the. On this ste the Rang. Co. Com. office now Stands. After a few years he moved to the Junction Hotel site in High St. After 6 years he moved again and built the wood store which did duty for 3 3 years. The wooden building was finally replaced by a brick building in his sons time. He advertised drapery + Cook ham boots in Feb. . He moved to the Hi h St. site in '60. He also went in for brewing in a small wary. C.O. Torlesse Journal 27.6. 60 " Good anau gig to lease Elmer place " sanded up on Tor ese buying Elmer s place and leasing it to Good.
