He set up a smithy and henga forge at the foo of the te race , West Oxford. marr. 12.7.67 at Pauls Presby Church ChCh. by Rev. Geo Grant, Jane Mc Dow. He d. 1896 + was bur. at Oxford Cem. His wife was born at Kilmore Co Cavan 9.6.45 and came out in '64 in the Ivanhoe, She lived at Cust and came to Oxford with her husband. After he d. she went to live with her youngest dau Mrs W.S. Busch of Wist Eyreton. She d. there 22.9.24 + was bur. at Oxford Cem. 3 sons 6 daus.
