He was still bankrupt in ' 99 . He took up a Ch riot leasehold and the tims of his lease forced him to lie on it Therefore he offered for Sale Tara, his property five mules from Ashburton 564 ac . freehold and 2000 leasehold ; 2600 shep. marr. 3.2.97 at the Catholi Cathedral Deborah Fe t2 sere, both of Cheviot.
