Marks/Inscriptions: D. 460 James Bishop William (1835-07) was a cousin of Robert, + William and was a brother of Charlotte who came out with Robert Bishop in the Caroline Agnes. He took up 87 ac. onto the native , was a foundation member of the Ellesmere A + and was president. He married labi in life and sold out in the g0's and moved to Whet ditty and later to Weedons. He came from Berkshire of a farming family. He had a Traducer horse called The Curate ol with which he won a few local races. married late in life Marm Camilla a dau of Thos. Parce whod. 12.11.09 aged 84. he is burned in the same plot as Wm Bishop + Marion in the Leeston Cem. she d. Southbridge 15.9.12 aged 52 he d. 15.8.07 aged 72 fam inf.
