His father was Richard Henry Allard 37 a labour r of Essex his mother Mary Amn aged 34, family Alfred (qv.) 11; Eliza 9. Henry 8 : James 6 : Geo 4. , Charles 2. He was edie . al St Michaels School and entered the serrie of the North Canty. Educ. Bd. as a junior in '73. He was promoted to clerk in '83 and in '95 was app. Treasurer the Bd. He remained Sc. to the B3d. till he retired. He was fond of bowls and was a menti of the Edge ware Bowling Club. He retired in Feb. 1913. he marr. 22.8.83 ant St Lukies by Rev. s .A.Lingard to Ann Elizabeth dau of R. Walt of ChCh. family Chas. Wright marr . 18.1.11 Henrietta she d. 21.3.24 aged 62 youngest dau J. 0' H. Anthony both of ChA. he d. 28.10.22 ag. 65. R.W. of Rangitata Island. G.R.
