Urn: Neolithic Earthenware
Description
One Neolithic earthenware urn of meiping form; short length neck; no lip nor foot ring; free brush painted geometric volute design boarded by rounded sawtooth decorates the upper half using thick 15mm lines; small hatch lines on an 'x' fill the inner volute design; neck has a thick 25mm red upper boarder, running directly beneath this is a rounded sawtooth design inverted rather then outlined; two small thumb handles 34mm wide protrude from the widest part of mid-body.
