Description
Small earthenware bowl with vertical sides and shallow foot (one of a series of eight 'Blossom Bowls' by Jo Howard): exterior has white and blue-centred blossoms with black twigs on deep pink ground; base and foot glazed white; interior reverses design with white glazed sides and patterned base. Sides overlap with join raised and marked at top by small swirled knop, glazed white - this repeated on foot rim. Signed 'J H" in black ?crayon under base.
