A life-size figure of Sir Walter Buller seated in a high-backed chair, with seven of his most highly-prized specimens, including: Huia, Golden Kakapo, Laughing Owl, and South Island Kakapo. These are constructed in the artist’s favoured media of welded and painted iron and steel rod.
