Rope: Sledge Harness

A section of sledging harness. The harness consists of a broad band of woven fibre (either hemp or coconut). Into this broad flat band has been introduced sections of fibre (again hemp or coconut) rope. There are two sections of this rope, one of which forms a loop at the side of the broad band and the other which is left as a loose line.
