Description
Famille verte tea bowl with tubular foot and saucer with recessed centre to hold bowl foot: bowl decorated with continuous band of red ?pomegranate buds with blue and green foliage beneath rim border of two of the Eight Precious Things (babao) [Qing or Musical Jade Stone Gong, Mirror], a scroll and a fan, and floral sprigs; saucer similar pattern on large scale with pomegranate wreath in centre with symbols the Jewel or "pearl", Artemesia Leaf, and a fan.
