Provenance details
Sculptor Andrew Drummond's design won the Bridge 2000 design competition and the model was produced to support the resource consent application. The project was ultimately abandoned due to concentrated opposition that could not be resolved prior to the winding up of Turning Point 2000 in April 2001.
