This photograph looks south along Colombo Street from the corner of Armagh Street towards Cathedral Square in central Christchurch. The ChristChurch Cathedral spire features prominently on the right of the photograph. The cathedral was severely damaged during the 2010-2011 Canterbury earthquakes and was officially deconsecrated on 9 November 2011.
