Description
German breast plate armour used with steel M16 helmet and brow plate for its raiders (Stosstruppen), machine gunners and sentries in forward positions of the forward battle lines.
Made of special forged steel and comprising:
heavy breastplate hooked over shoulder, with 3 or 4 loose plates below hinged together with webbing straps to protect stomach and abdomen.
