Description
Two green glass models of a polychaete worm. First model is the entire body with hundreds of leaf like projections running along the sides. Second model is a magnified detail of the head only and is clear glass model painted blue on the top. It features three pairs of green leaf-shaped projections (parapodia) and two dark spots for eyes. It is mounted on a two prong wire using gauze. Made by Leopold and Rudolf Blaschka between 1863 and 1882.
