Hello, Thank you for preserving this unique piece of history! I am one of the engineers who helped design this product. We had an amazing BIOS/software engineer, who was a major contributor to the success of this product. The unique aspect of this product is that it was the first design using a proprietary diskless PC-clone, with an integrated baseband network, to be developed and to demonstrate remote PC-DOS booting from a network server running Novell's Netware, at the 1984 Fall COMDEX show. At the time, PC networking was in its infancy. The operating system and software applications were not designed for multi-user environments, so the PC Terminal was, unfortunately, ahead of it's time. The founder of Santa Clara Systems had a forward looking vision to create a lower cost PC-compatible that could be networked to provide file sharing. His vision was years ahead of IBM's introduction of the broadband PC Network add-in ISA card. Thank you again for preserving this unique piece of Silicon Valley history. Also, FYI, Santa Clara Systems was eventually acquired by Novell: https://books.google.com/books?id=izwEAAAAMBAJ&pg=PA29&lpg=PA29&dq=santa+clara+systems+pc+terminal&source=bl&ots=ZO8o5Ymm56&sig=ACfU3U3T_ECOATWFTtcSHLhLp9KzlhtlaA&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiQtYzE06nvAhVHJDQIHf9JBeI4FBDoATARegQIBRAD#v=onepage&q=santa%20clara%20systems%20pc%20terminal&f=false
