Small collection of Chinese fine arts, given by Rewi Alley to H.M. Sievwright, Department of Agriculture, during visit to China in 1947.
Part of small collection given by Alley to H.M. Sievwright during his visit to Gansu in 1947, delivering Corriedale sheep from New Zealand to the Shandan Bailie School. Gifted by Mrs A. Sievwright, of Timaru, to Canterbury Museum in 1975.
