Description
Entitled "Solo". Decorative teapot raku woodfired. Round pot on three stumped legs with join each other 1/3 of the way up to form solid leg. Lid a bung arrangement, off centre - as is handle. Handle and legs are hand formed with finger kneads apparent. Pot has rake lines drawn across in varying directions. Spout appears to have a slight twist to give further dimension. Pot has rough look and feel, with kaleidoscopic "oxidised" look colouring. Back foot has mark impressed.
