Description
Entitled "Soda Fired Pot". Decorative pot. Stoneware. Slab produced. Skewed rectangular design, with tapered neck and exaggerated lip. Left edge of front and back faces has been grooved to create concave face. Semi-rectangular base of 210mm wide tapers to 145mm about 160mm from base. Neck section has then been added, tapering in 90mm to a neck 30mm wide, then widening to a 47mm diameter lip. Green, brown and black colouration. Lines have been softened using curvature. Base has artists mark, and three scallop like marks.
