Description
Blue & white Ceramic Ware. Shape is of plate with two handles at either edge. Gilding (gold) appears only around handle. Blue & white floral motif surround on the rim. Centre is decorated with a scene containing man & woman in period dress (17thC). Woman is holding a string musical instrument. Background is of Greco-Roman ruin with trees.
