Description
Dark blue Bone China Urn with extensive gilding and 2 hand-painted reserves. Classical form with pair of scrolled handles, inward-sloping gadrooned rim, waisted pedestal and square base. Rectangular reserve panel in cartouche each side (portrait shape) - seascape with single sailing boat (? fishing), and seascape with 3 sail (fishing) boats in harbour. Blue ground has fine gold dots/circles; handles rim and pedestal/base heavily gilded. Interior - white glaze-crazed.
