NECKLINE AND COLLAR:

NECKLINE: Rounded front + back, white bias strip faces neckline.

COLLAR: One piece, C.B. opening closed by a metal hook + eye, scalloped edge outlined with mid-blue cotton thread "cord", 6.5 - 8cm deep.

BODICE STYLE: Semi-fitted.

SLEEVE STYLE: One piece, slightly inset; small amount of gathering on sleeve head, fits very close to the arm; dart at back of elbow. Hem: Turned under twice 2.2cm, machine neatened then machine blind hemmed in place.

WAISTLINE: Slightly high waisted, white cotton thread knotted belt loops 4.5cm long self fabric belt tie 127cm x 2.3cm.

SKIRT SHAPE: Slight flare.

COMMENTS: ALTERATION: Evidence that hem has been let down, there is a definite crease line 7.5cm above existing hem. Also skirt sides have been let out - crease line evident. SEAMS: Machine sewn - white or mid-blue cotton thread. EDGES: Raw. BUTTONS: Gold coloured metal round buttons; very convex; hooped attached on back; 1.2 diameter.
