Researcher comments/remarks
The city of Manchester in the United Kingdom suffered its own terrorist attack when a Muslim extremist detonated a suicide bomb at the Manchester Arena on 22 May 2017. It is thought that this card was sent to show solidarity from one city that had suffered from terrorism to another.
