Description
One set of German manufactured binoculars most likely to be ex German army from World War 1. Body of glasses made from steel (cast), fitments are from brass. Leather carry strap. Leather or card wrapped around each body. The binoculars have a coating of black paint. Brown hard leather carry case moulded in form of glasses. Rear of case has leather loop for passing through belt also metal loop from which to hang case. Two aluminium clasps are rivetted to case from which a carry strap is passed through. Front of carry case has a clasp system with leather covered spring.
