Description
One piece of rectangular cardboard, printed side-on so could be used as flags; pin to be stuck in side [not present]; can see rust-surrounded holes. Right side smooth, paper on wrong side textured. Same design on both sides. Design consists of three horizontal bands; white with red cross on left, blue and red. In middle of flag is two-headed, winged, detailed black eagle with crown above heads and blue shield with black man on horse in middle. Heads and crown in white part, wings, body and necks in blue part and legs and tail in red part. No pins. The design is similar to the Russian flag at the start of World War One, except that the eagle is in the middle of the flag rather than in the upper canton on a yellow field.
